• Proficient in MS Office
• 1-3 years experience in sales experience desired but not essential

Office Assistant

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as an Office Assistant at Fortes Media Group in Środa Wielkopolska. The responsibilities on this position include: dealing with B2B clients, preperation of conference materials, copywriting, researching and dealing with media partners.

Qualifications

• Good English verbal and written communication (necessary)
• Good customer service skills
• Proficient in MS Office
• Attention to details and problem-solving skills
• Excellent time managment skills and the ability to prioritize work
