Copenhagen
19-20 May 2027
General information
We’re excited to announce the next edition, CO2 Capture, Storage & Reuse 2027, taking place on May 19-20 2027 in Copenhagen, Denmark.
In 2026 and 2027, Europe’s carbon capture and storage market is entering a crucial delivery phase. Major projects are moving towards operation, while investment in CO2 transport networks, storage sites and cross-border infrastructure continues to grow.
New industrial clusters and CO2 hubs are being developed to connect emitters with transport and permanent storage solutions. At the same time, companies must address challenges related to project financing, permitting, infrastructure access and long-term business models. Carbon capture, utilisation and storage is therefore becoming an increasingly important part of Europe’s strategy to decarbonise energy-intensive industries.
As the industry scales up, collaboration across the entire CO2 value chain will be essential to decarbonising Europe’s hard-to-abate sectors.
