The testing and vaccine certificates is a new normal and it will probably stay with us for some time. We are also waiting for further relaxing of restrictions after 10June21.

Caring for your safety and complying to Danish COVID regulations we would like to
inform you about the following conference organization rules.
Event attendees must be essentially seated and face the lecturer/speaker
Protective equipment must be worn when not sitting down
There must be 1 meter (“an empty chair”) between participants
Area requirement: 2m 2 per person when sitting down, 4m 2 per person when standing.
We also encourage you to use hand sanitizers which will be placed in the conference rooms and keep the distance as much as possible.
Each participant will receive a name tag to put at the desk to avoid sitting in different places and minimize the risk of spreading the infection.
For all participants it is required to show a valid Coronapas document each day before entering the meeting.
With your Coronapas you must document at least one of the following requirements:
-You are fully vaccinated or 1st vaccine injection and past 14 days
-You had Coronavirus within the last more than 14 – no later than 180 days (proof of the positive test)
-You have been tested negative for Coronavirus within the last 72 hours
If, according to Danish regulations on entry, you are required to make a corona test
after entering Denmark you can do it:
